Introspection?🤔

Introspection refers to analysing the “IN”. I do not know the right word for analysing others. I need to know that word because everyone including me waste our time in analysing others. When you are incapable of introspecting your own self with honesty, how is it possible to do same about others?.🙇‍♂️
