The Journey in Life

I asked a person””Why are you so restless?”
He replied “I am running out of time””.
I told him “Instead of enjoying the pleasant experience of walking in the Present you are experiencing the misery of running always into the Future”
I do understand that time and tide waits for no man but if we learn to move along with the tide the ride is pleasant.
