The Road to Enlightenment

A person asked me”Which is the right path” to Enlightenment?.”I replied “The right path is that road named as “No Desire”.He immediately reacted “If I do not have any desire how can I ever move in life?”I replied”Enlightenment is a state when you are static. At that moment the mind is calm , subdued and empty. An empty mind is a fertile soil for Enlightenment.Desire corrupts the mind and the mind becomes turbulent and disturbed.Enlightenment is never at home in a disturbed mind.”
