Sacrifice or Duty?

A couple of days ago a patient asked me”Why are you still seeing patients at 10 30 pm?At a stage when you should have retired you are  working without getting tired and therre is no need to sacrifice your life at this stage in your life.”Immediately my Guru replied to him on my behalf” He is not sacrificing but he is only doing the duty which I have assigned to him this birth. You are mistaken if you say that that he is the author of his actions. He and as well as you are only instruments of my creation in this world and neither you nor anyone can take ownership of their actions.”.
My patient bowed down his head in front of my Guru’s photograph and left the consulting room better. I cannot remark anything about his medical treatment because it was his bad karma fir having chosen me to treat him🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
