Getting Along ?🙏🙏🙏

A friend met me a couple of days ago. .He cribbed to me “I do not know why I am unable to get along with others. Can you help me a as a Doctor who knows human psychology.”I told him “Sorry to accept that I myself do not know my own psychology. But I can help you . Tomorrow you lock yourself in a room and stay for a couple of hours with your own self. Get back to me later .”He returned yesterday . I asked him “Were you able to get along with your own self for two hours?”. He was in tears 😭 and replied “Sorry. I was uncomfortable with me after five minutes and I could not get along with myself further . I replied “When you cannot get along with your Self itself , how can you get along with others.?”The Man (Sorry ,includes Woman also 🤣) who is not at home with himself or herself , can never be at home with others .😩😩😩😩😩
