Today has been a day for me to discover new terms. Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a medical condition where patients experience alternate episodes of loose motion and constipation. This evening when the flight landed at the runway, (occasionally they do land on the runway ) even before the aircraft came to a halt, every passenger was on his or feet to sprint towards the aircraft door. I often wonder why these passengers do not represent our country in Olympics in the 100 metres sprint. Everyone will emerge a winner. Even the passenger in the last row wants to displace others and get into the front. After all that Herculean efforts he gets out of the aircraft only to wait patiently for the airport shuttle bus . I have discovered a great diagnosis which may be named for posterity as “Ramki Syndrome”. The term is “Irritable Bottom Syndrome “and my humble suggestion to the airlines authorities is it post a Proctologist or Gastroenetrologist to tame the turbulence in the passenger’s bowel and not the turbulence outside the aircraft. I hope all prospective passengers read this post and travel disciple prevails on all us for peaceful air travel. It has been a hard and odd day and I prefer to put my mind to rest and not the body. Hope to see the morrow.
