Humility & Tolerance. Is it the right combination?

A person who was known for his humility and tolerance asked me “Are these qualities a blessing and virtue?”. This mortal always has the habit of looking at two sides of a coin. Replied “ If you look at one side of the coin , humility and tolerance are the best virtues for anyone especially when each one is complementary to another.But having experienced seeing the other side of the coin, I prefer to express my opinion . Humility and tolerance should not pave the way for verbal and emotional abuse and exploitation.The best recipe for living peacefully is possessing these qualities in the correct concentration without giving anyone an opportunity for exploitation. ”My friend was puzzled and I hope he picks up the hidden pearl of wisdom in my thought . I can still be wrong because it is only my perception.🙏
