When Yoga is not Yoga ?🤣

A person met me now for joint pain.After the consultation I told him “ Please do Yoga.”Immediately he reacted “ I already know what is Yoga.i just need to take a deep breath and hold my breath for a long time.”. The flame of sarcasm got ignited in me and I told him “That is not Yoga but it is Death. If you do that yourself it is Suicide but if I suggest that heroic action to you , it becomes Homicide.”🤣That was his last breath.
