The Underground Doctor 🤡

I hava been practising in a place in which my consultation room is in the basement for the last 25 years.A patient of mine turned up for review consultation after 10 years.After seeing me in the basement he innocently remarked “ Many people tell me that you have gone underground.” I immediately reacted “ I have been underground for the last 25 years and that coincided with the death of the “I”. The body which enveloped the soul has become one with the dust beneath the ground and the left over soul is at peace with the other souls underground.The basement has taught me this pearl of wisdom “Always be grounded and that will give you peace.”
