Selfishness & Selfpresevation 😢

I was after money , possessions,  fame , power, name ,  fullness and the “I”. . I was hallucinating in the arrogant seas of Ego. COVID brought me to my knees and  forced  me to kiss Mother Earth  in humility and emptiness. At present I am crying alone in isolation , begging the Creator every moment for preservation of myself. Please note the word “ me” in the previous sentence. I still continue to be selfish 😢. I was selfish even when I I possessed everything. But at present when I have realised that I have nothing ,  I am still absorbed in my  “I” with “absolute self-centredness.”. My apologies. for this attitude.. 🧎‍♀️.
