I spoke nearly for forty five minutes to a patient in a Telemedicine consultation now. At the end of the call , the patient sarcastically commented βI do not understand what you spoke to me.β Sarcasm runs in my gene , my forefather was Dr George Bernard Shaw. I laughed aloud and replied β If only I understood what I spoke to you, I would not have spoken to you this long .β He disconnected the call and at present Β is running away from me for his life. Β Good riddance of bad rubbish.The reader can imagine who among the two would have told this statement π€‘
