A Rheumatologist’s letter to a Gastroenterologist..

I had seen a complicated patient today.My constipated mind had met it’s Waterloo on the diagnostic front. Since this patient had significant gastrointestinal symptoms , I referred this patient to a Gastroenterologist. My  reference letter to him read as follows “ I would appreciate if you could kindly give me your input regarding this patient. I do accept that your tribe deals only with output 🤡.( Gastros are competent to even  provoke a corpse to empty it’s bowls !
