Wisdom from a Rain Drop

I saw a rain drop seated on it’s throne on a leaf . I begged for a pearl of Wisdom from the rain drop. It smiled and replied “ If you look at me through the lens of Maya, I am attached . But if you visualise me through the lens of Reality , I am detached. “ After understanding the rain drop’s pearl of Wisdom, I realised that the leaf , the rain drop and I are optical illusions meeting their Waterloo on the sands of Reality.
Someone patted me from behind. I looked back . Who do you think it was? It was none other than my friend and mentor “Rumi”. We conversed in silence. His silence conveyed to me “ Cease to be a drop in the ocean and work consciously to become the ocean in the drop.” Tears of tranquility trickled from my eyes to blend with the dew on Wordsworth’s Daffodils.
