New Year and Resolutions
No date , month or year because Time is in continuum.
For the last 62 years , since the age of 5 , I have taken a resolution on every New Year’s eve. But all these resolutions met their Waterloo on the second of January ever year. These resolutions were a product of my perceptions and judgements which by themselves were framed on the fragile pillars of change.. Change is a rule from Mother Nature and what is right today becomes wrong tomorrow. I have been rebellious to every present throughout the years and the truth that “Resolutions are taken for not to be compliant with.” This wisdom dawned in me this morning when I drowned myself in rain which drenched me wet to the bone. The thunder showers cleared the cloud of confusion in my mind. A pearl of wisdom saw the light of the dawn when all my perceptions and judgements were purged by Rumi’s rain drops. That pearl of wisdom was “ Become empty and wise to never take any resolution at any point of time and always live life every moment as it is presented to us by the Creator. “ As I have stated in my earlier post “Time is enjoying the permanence of continuum.” Let us not corrupt it by compartmentalising it into years , months , weeks , days , hours , minutes and seconds” .
