Please  refer to my previous post âWhom to Controlâposted on 2Nov 2018.
After my furious patient came into the consulting room he was tame and was away from blame. He told me âCan I ask you a personal question?â. I replied âSure but I hope it will not embarrass me.â. He asked me âI was barking outside like a rabid dog but you continued to be calm inside your room like a Monk. You did not even attempt an atom to come outside and control me.â. I replied âYoung man,I was sitting inside the consult room peacefully experiencing the mission of my consultation and living in the present. My past is flooded with innumerable lost battles in which I attempted to control others.. Every lost battle was a victory for me in the sense that I realised that it is futile in attempting to control  others when I myself needed to control my emotions.. This wisdom gave birth to the death of my Ego . Understand that I am playing with words but as long as they mean good we need not dissect the nuances of expressionâ.ðð
