Conversations with my Guru 🙏

While I was meditating today , I asked my Guru “When somebody abuses me verbally , or emotionally, do I respond or react?”. He sported a divine smile and answered “ Do not choose either.Offer them unconditional love.” All of us including this mortal need to meditate on this pearl of Wisdom.”
