Duality of Existence

To forget and forgive are two sides to the same coin
As one without the other will tip the balance of the Ying and Yang.
Through life’s journey we find it hard to achieve both with respect to others.
But when our spiritual internal journey begins we find it even harder to incorporate this in ourselves
with all our past with shaded colours .
