Ground or Underground 🤣

I just got into the hospital lift on the fourth floor. The lift operator asked me with great courtesy “ Sir . Do you prefer to do to the ground level or underground?. “I replied “ That will be decided by the Doctor when I get admitted.”Fortunately I have left the hospital now. We shall meet at dawn tomorrow provided both of us are alive till tomorrow.”🤣
