I need the Four?🙏🙏🙏

Today at around 10 pm I came out of the consulting room and asked my secretary “How many patients are waiting to be seen? .Immediately he replied “Ten patients .”I told him”I will see six patients first and the remaining four have to wait.”One of the four patients who had been requested to wait got irritated and asked me “Why should we wait.?” I observed silence for a few minutes. After the disturbed patient settled emotionally I replied”All of us require four people finally for our last and final journey. I wanted to teach everyone this truth of life . I smiled and proceeded further with my consultation. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
