Identity Crisis-Who is the Doctor? 🤣🤣

There are two groups of patients.
The first group comprises of patients who want the Doctor to listen to their complaints, order the investigations,make his diagnosis ,give them the relevant treatment and they will follow his treatment to the letter.
The second group comprises of patients who want the Doctor to hear their complaints but they will order the investigations,they will make the diagnosis and will decide the line of treatment and the Doctor should  agree unconditionally to what they do. In these situations  which are very common the Doctor is the Doctor for the first group and for  the second group He becomes a non existing appendage in the medical profession. I as a Doctor would avoid the second group as the Plague for my own sanity🤣🤣🤣
