A patient consulted me at 2 pm . He profusely apologised to me and said ā I feel sorry to encroach your lunch time.ā.
Even in hypoglycaemia I do not lose my humour.I laughed and replied ā As long as you do not encroach on my lunch , I will feel happy.ā
