It was nearly midnight yesterday when this mortal was seeing the last inpatient.Was blessed to see a photograph of Lord Krishna beside him. I excused myself and took the liberty to meditate for a few minutes on Lord Krishna after taking the patient’s permission. Asked Lord Krishna “ What am “I” doing now at this time of the night when the world is fast asleep in this side of the continent ?”Krishna replied “you are doing what I am doing now( it small y in you, typed with a purpose) . you are doing nothing like ME.”With a sense of pride and Ego this mortal told him “Accept that you are doing nothing but “I”am doing everything.”Krishna smiled and told me “ I am both the doer and receiver and I accept with humility that I am doing nothing and you who is my creation claim to be the doer.It is a shame on your part to speak in that manner. Better shed that “I “ and “Ego” and accept that emptiness inside you after surrendering to Me.”Tears of Wisdom and shame trickled down my eyes 😢 and this mortal without the “I” went ahead with the duty delegated to me to do my duty.”There is enough food for thought in this incidence to chew the cud.
