Should you understand to Enjoy 😊?

I had been to a North Indian reception.They had a music programme in Hindi . The person seated next to me asked me “Do you understand the lyrics?” I replied “No”. He asked me “Are you enjoying it?”. I replied “Yes”. He asked me in a sarcastic tone “How can you enjoy anything without understanding it?” .I asked him “Do you enjoy the singing of the chirpy birds 🦅 in the morning?”. He replied “Yes.”.I asked him “Do you understand their lyrics?.”He replied “No”. I told him “That is the uniqueness of music. Music embraces all dimensions of a blissful experience. You can enjoy anything without understanding it . You can understand anything and still not enjoy that experience. It is your choice to enjoy it or not. ”I walked ahead in my journey to Self Realisation allowing him to chew the cud of this experience “. 🙏❤️.Will take leave of you with the hope that we shall meet again at dawn.🌻
