The Crazy Patinet 🤡🤡🤡

A young male walked into my consultation room this afternoon with an air around him and condescending attitude. He proudly announced to me “ I play shuttle badminton for 3 hours, walk for 2 hours, perform exercises at the gym for one hour and swim for an an hour daily.” I laughed aloud and  asked him “ When do you ever live?Seems that you never life.”My sarcasm deflated his Ego and he was struck dumb beyond words. People have become crazy in terms of physical fitness. Pity this species .😢
