The Deadly Question🤣🤣🤣

A couple of weeks ago I was attending a critically sick patient along with my medical resident. My resident was a Doctor more intelligent than me and was known for his efficiency in the art of clinical history taking . I left it to the historian to gather details to the last letter about the patient . Subsequently we gave the appropriate relevant treatment (which I seldom do) to the patient and by the Grace of the Creator inspite of our medical intervention the patient made it and recovered fully. My resident was drowned in euphoria and whispered in my ears “Sir. I forgot to ask the patient about what he was doing before dying.”I took to heels out of the patient’s room and replied with a sarcastic smile “Young man,He would have replied that he was Living before Dying. He and his relatives would have accused us of attempting to transform the living to dying🤣”. Some or why not many of us including me ask the right question at the wrong time and get into trouble😤
