The Death of Empathy 😢

Ever since the Corona Virus surfaced on Mother Earth , the question asked repeatedly to me by all patients is “ Doctor. Please tell me how to protect myself from infection by the Corona virus ?” Till now neither a patient nor the attendant has asked me this question “ Doctor .How do you protect yourself from this dreaded infection?” This is the same experience of many colleagues of mine. One option which I could choose is to be away from patients and the corridors of illness. But this is escapism from the Doctrine of Karma.It is high time humanity wakes up to the call of Empathy and salutes all those people connected with health care .The war against this demon will be victorious but everyone should go beyond the dimensions of the self to be empathetic to the crusaders who fight this demon.🙏
