The Guru🙏

50 years earlier as the Sun rose in the Horizon this soul was blessed to have his first darshan of his Guru . I saw ,He saw and He conquered. Silence was His language but Wisdom was the offspring. I got into a trance after seeing Him . Realised that I will be silently led to Enlightenment. Fifty years of His grace has stripped this mortal of my Ego,desire, anger , jealousy, comparison with others, discontentment, attachment to material possessions. He has infused in me unconditional love, humility. detachment , contentment , calmness and righteous living. This soul is blessed to come under the affectionate umbrella named Guru. This soul has to travel still more with Him to evolve into a humane being. That Guru was none other than Swami Gnanananda Giri of Tapovanam ,Tamilnadu. To me He is everything and has transformed me into nothing. Om🙏🙏🙏🙏. I dedicate this post to Him (of which He is author) on the occasion of Chitra Pournami , the night of the Full Moon 🌕 whose glory will light the flames of wisdom in all.🙏A Guru is a person who drives away the darkness in your mind by lighting the lamp of enlightenment. You cannot choose a Guru because He only can choose you.You enjoy sitting at his feet. His presence enlightens and energises you. He expects nothing from you other than total surrender.🙏
