The I and Me 🙏

Very often we crib “ I just cannot get along with certain people and sometimes I cannot get along with my self .” When it refers to “others “there is a duality of existence. But when it comes to “my self” where is that “I” and “Me”?. Are we two within one or one divided by two ?This intrapersonal conflict will meet it’s Waterloo if only we disown the I and the Me.🙏
