One of my patients had Parkinson’s. I asked him “What is your problem?” He stoically replied, “ I am blessed with Parkinson’s disease.” I asked him “Why are you saying that you are blessed with a disease?” He sported a sarcastic smile and replied “I view every thing through the lens of my karma.”
