Now a days one belongs to the “Elite”breed of human beings if he or she is blessed with a fatty liver. Fatty liver is the most brilliant diagnosis made by an Egoistic Ultrasonologist or the cynical Pathologist. The diagnosis of “Fatty Liver” is of diagnostic pride to the “Discoverer” which inflates the academic Ego of the Discoverer but deflates the spirit of the “Possessor”.🤣🤣🤣
