Unhappy -Why?

I person met me today and asked me “Why am I unhappy?.”I replied “You are unhappy because you have chosen to be unhappy.” He pleaded to me “Please help me .” I replied “No one can help you except yourself.”I took leave of him allowing him to be in solitude to chew the cud of this thought.
