A patient asked me “Can I do joking and running for losing weight.”
I replied “ In that case this is what I am doing daily and by now I would be non existent. I run away from patients like you and keep on cracking jokes.”
I do not know the answer .Any Einstein in my broadcast group who knows about “ Quantum Physics “ can send the answer. I will forward the answer to the source of this doubt.
