Why did I grow😩?

As a child I did not have any inhibitions. I smiled and laughed for no reason . I spoke what I wanted and was not worried about what I spoke. After having become an adult I have to laugh for a reason. I can smile only when there is reason and I can speak only when spoken to . Every action of mine is dependant on a reason which is already conditioned in me.If happiness is cause dependant , then that particular cause is only transient in existence. We grow at the cost of our freedom.”🙏
